How Does ZK Company Produce High Quality Lingzhi?

There are five important steps to growing a high-quality Lingzhi in a controlled wild environment.

1. Choice of plantation site
2. Purchase of raw materials
3. Preparation of Lingzhi fungus
4. Cultivation of Lingzhi
5. Harvesting of Lingzhi

Choice of plantation site

There are a few plantation sites from which to choose and here are only 3 of them:

1. In-house managed artificial environment (Least Recommended)
• Pros: easier to manage and quicker Lingzhi growth
• Cons: Lingzhi of low to middle grade

2. Wild, uncontrolled environment
• Pros: Lingzhi of medium grade
• Cons: slower Lingzhi growth, difficult to manage – might be infested with worms and flies

3. Controlled wild environment (Most Recommended)
• Pros: Lingzhi of superior grade
• Cons: slower Lingzhi growth

Purchase of raw materials

1. Oak or Basswood – Lingzhi, like fungus, must rely on a plant for nutrients in order to grow. As a result, logs of oak or basswood tree can be utilized as a growing medium for Lingzhi.

2. Fungus bag – they are required to keep the nutrients in a fixed location to ensure Lingzhi obtains sufficient nutrients.

3. Fungus – We need fungus to grow Lingzhi.

Preparation of Lingzhi Fungus

The Lingzhi Fungus must be disinfected to ensure that it’s free from pathogens (viruses, bacteria, etc.) under environmental conditions.

Cultivation of Lingzhi

1. Lingzhi fungus – our main character for Lingzhi cultivation.
2. Production of Lingzhi fungus bag – to make sure that Lingzhi receives sufficient nutrients.
3. Sterilization of Lingzhi fungus – to ensure the Lingzhi is free of pathogens
4. Vacinnation of Lingzhi fungus – to protect the Lingzhi against diseases
5. Management of Lingzhi plantation – to ensure that Lingzhi grows well under controlled wild conditions
6. Arranging it nicely – for ease of management

Harvesting of Lingzhi

1. Harvest – collecting fully-grown Lingzhi
2. Manual human processing – sort according to Lingzhi fruiting body, Lingzhi spores, etc.
3. Selection process – a stringent procedure to ensure that only high-quality Lingzhi is supplied.
4. Drying – to remove any residual moisture.
5. Packaging – so we can sell them in the market.

That’s all there is to it. The following step will be to place the product on the market for sale.
