Bad Habits Accelerate the Aging of Blood Vessels

The phrase “people at the age of 30 or 40 but with the blood vessels of 60 or 70 years” may seem like a joke but it is a common health problem today.

According to the World Health Organization, China has a high incidence of Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular diseases. Xu Jiangyu, director of the Fourth Department of Cardiovascular Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hei Long Jiang University of Traditional Chinese medicine said that eating well, exercising less, stressed out plus staying up late, smoking and drinking alcohol, seriously affect vascular health. Director Xu reminded people to pay attention to their blood vessel health and not let their body suffer from hidden dangers.

Unhealthy eating habits

Eating food with high content of Oil, Sugar, Fat and salt will increase the rate of people suffering from diseases such as high blood pressure and dyslipidemia. This increases the risk of arteriosclerosise (thickening and hardening of the walls of the arteries) and the formation of blood clots. Researchers at the university of Washington had shown that in 2015, about 400,000 cases of cardiovascular diseases might be linked to the lack of healthy food in diets and increase of unhealthy food. The high intake of unhealthy dietary components might also be the main cause of death in the American population due to Cardiovascular diseases. Healthy food includes argan nut, vegetables, whole grain food and fruits while unhealthy food includes salt and trans-fat.

Staying up late for the long term

When a person stays up late for a long time, the body will start to secrete high amounts of various hormones. This will make the blood vessels to start constricting which will cause the blood to flow slower. It will then increase the viscosity of the blood. This can double the risk for people to get heart diseases if they stay up late for a long time compared to normal people. The saying “staying up late is the same as chronic suicide” is not a joke.

Lack of exercise

Exercise can be divided into aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Lack of aerobic exercise can lead to poor blood circulation and the “junk” in the blood vessels cannot be discharged. Gradually, the “junk” will pile up in the blood vessel wall and eventually cause the blood vessels to be blocked.

Poor mood and long-term mental stress

Prolonged mental stress and emotional agitation may cause the inner layer of the blood vessel to constrict thus accelerating the aging of the blood vessels. It has been proven by science that anger, sadness, negative emotions such as hostility, depression and anxiety are toxic to the heart and brain. For people with cerebrovascular malformation, failure to control their emotions can cause damage to the blood vessels, putting their lives at risk.
Cerebrovascular malformation can be described as a ticking time bomb that is hidden within the brain. When everything is normal, the patients will not feel anything. However, if the patient becomes emotionally excited or encounters any other stimuli, the thinned and deformed blood vessels may break and bleed out due to the blood vessel’s inability to withstand the sudden increase in pressure. Once it happens, the mortality rate is very high.

Does not like brushing teeth

If a person does not like brushing their teeth or does not brush it properly, many bacteria will grow in the mouth. Over time, dental plaque will start forming on the teeth. The toxins released by the bacteria can enter the bloodstream and damage the blood vessels. Scientific research has found that the incidence of myocardial infarction in patients with periodontal disease is 2.7 times more than normal people.

Smoking and drinking

Smoking will increase the amount of vascular toxins and increase the viscosity of the blood to several times higher than normal. Over time, function of the blood vessels will worsen and cause more vascular problems. Drinking alcohol will not only reduce cerebral blood flow but also damage the liver while also affecting the lipid metabolism. Once the lipid metabolism becomes abnormal, the rate of atherosclerosis (the buildup of fats, cholesterol and other substances in and on your artery walls) will become higher.

Bad habits can easily affect your life if they are not corrected in time. Don’t wait until something bad happens to take action. Stay healthy, eat right, and let ZK Brand Vessel Clear capsule help you out.
